Ethylene polymerization evaluation deviceThe design volume of the reaction vessel is 3L, and it is heated by a high and low temperature circulating oil bath machine. The main material of the equipment is 316L, and the stirring speed of the reaction vessel is 150-750rpm. A self-priming stirring blade is used to allow the gas above the liquid level in the reaction vessel to be sucked back below the liquid level, increasing the contact between gas and liquid and improving the reaction efficiency. The design pressure of the reaction vessel is 10MPa, the operating pressure is 6MPa, the design temperature is 200 ℃, and the operating temperature is 90 ℃. The device is designed with two flow meters for inlet: ethylene and carbon monoxide, both with a range of 1000sccm. The flow meter inlet design can increase the pressure of the reaction vessel from atmospheric pressure to reaction pressure, and can display instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate. The device is designed with a vacuum pump interface, and the system can be evacuated before the experiment to reduce the water and oxygen content of the system. The device is equipped with a feeding tank, which can be removed and added to the glove box before being installed on the reaction vessel. During installation, nitrogen can blow the pipeline between the feeding tank and the reaction vessel.
